Withdrawal Policy & Withdrawal Form

Customers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a customer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction.

A. Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal If the customer is a consumer with a habitual residence in a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), the following statutory right of withdrawal applies, about which Hypestore (Omicron Asset Management EOOD) hereby informs you:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

 If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

 The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
